Martial Arts helps increase discipline, reinforces etiquette, and is a form of self-defense that is useful for all ages. Martial Arts practice also improves balance, endurance and flexibility.  Hands-on participation helps students grow through experience, developing an awareness of the importance of fitness and safety, and enhancing personal responsibility.  
The main goal of the piano program is to teach and improve the student’s piano playing ability. Students learn sight reading, piano literature including composers and performers, and how to listen to music.  Students will have the opportunity to showcase their performance to an audience during piano recitals.  
Learning to play the guitar or any instrument can be challenging at the start, but in the end, it can be a very enjoyable lifelong endeavor. The art of learning to read music and play chords leads to positive cognitive benefits such as problem-solving skills, and enhance and increase memory retention.
gives students the fundamentals for being an actor. They use short stories, skits, poems and explore characters through creative and fun activities to understand stage directions and theater terminology.  They also explore improv, and performance.  The classes promote confidence, creative expression, character, and self-esteem while learning active listening skills and sharing

Utilizing hand-eye coordination and concentration, visual arts provide opportunities to observe, respond to, and create through images. A visual creation of art is about working and reworking until it expresses the inner self - the way we perceive the world and how we appreciate it.  

Dance with Me
(ages 18 months – 3 years) Bonding with your baby is probably one of the most pleasurable aspects of care. You can lift, hold, and cradle your baby in a warm, playful, rhythmic pattern of “touching dance”. This form of aerobic exercise or dance routine provides a high-quality, age appropriate, play experience for your baby as well as a form of exercise and stress reliever for you.
Tiny-Tots – Watch your little one twirl around the room beaming with joy as she discovers the love of dance.  Students learn basic ballet and terminology while developing imagination, memory, and general motor skills.
Ballet II/Tap
As they progress into the other levels of ballet, the combinations and technical difficulty will become more advanced. Movement into higher levels is at the discretion of the teacher and director. Ballet II will include an introduction and advanced tap.
Children and Teens experience hard-hitting exercises and highly energetic hip-hop choreography routines such as breakdancing, popping, locking, jerking, and shuffling to build stamina and increase musicality.
